City Garbage Truck Driver Passes Torch

Friday, December 2nd marked the end of an era for the City of Clarkson. After 19 years with the City, Garbage Truck Driver Ronald Frank picked up his last bag of garbage, turned in his keys, and officially passed the job on to his replacement Craig Lasley.
